Check out this video for some ideas on how you can stay ready for bars from the comfort of your own home!

How to do the Splits

Try out the front splits and the middle splits. 
We will guide you through some stretches and give you some helpful reminders while you practice your splits!

Active Flexibility


These activities are designed to help you maintain your passive flexibility which is achieved through stretching and active flexibility which is achieved through more dynamic movements.
  • To try these activities at home you’ll need a few items: A towel, pillow, chair and a broom stick or dowel
  • Start out with 5-10 minutes of simple cardio to warm up your muscles. Try running around the block, skipping, jogging in place
  • The video will now guide you through some activities to try at home.

Flip a Card!


This work out will require some clear space, a chair, and a deck of cards.
Flip a card and begin. To move to the next space flip a new card! For numbered cards that is the number you should complete. Face cards are worth 10. Aces are wild! If you pull an ace you need to stop and do 5 burpees then pull another card!
